Stunning Lux 4 bed villa overlooking Kalamar Bay, a 7* Class….

The ground floor open-plan living area has floor to ceiling windows and doors which fold back concertina fashion to fully exploit the wonderful views, creating an atmosphere of light, air and space. These doors open onto the delightful al-fresco dining area underneath a shaded fully tiled pergola with colourful Turkish lanterns and onto the travertine marble pool terrace complete with sun loungers, sun mattresses and parasols.There you will find the fully maintained 40 sq metre freshwater infinity pool (looking out to sea) and further travertine terracing around the house with pretty flower beds, lit up at night with coloured LED’s. There is a pool shower, stone-built BBQ, bar and shaded seating areas including a wonderfully relaxing double hammock.

Bathed in sunlight during the day, it is very necessary to find havens of shade! There is also a very comfortable seating area with a sofa that you can really stretch out on, an armchair and a coffee table – perfect for candle-lit evenings! The pool can be heated for the cooler months at the beginning and end of the summer season.

The entrance to the villa is by an ornate iron gate at road level with a beautiful hanging Turkish lantern. For your security there is an intercom entry phone. There is also a large whitewashed and tiled garage at road level. A flight of travertine stairs lit by recessed low-level lighting will take you to the first floor (ground floor of villa) with its terracing, attractive footwash, pool and the entrance to the villa.

The Ground Floor

A large and airy open-plan room with a fabulous designer kitchen, sunken sitting room, dining area and relaxation area. From here there is a double bedded room with patio doors opening onto the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in, wet room style shower. Next to the kitchen is a cloakroom with wash-hand basin. A Utility room which houses the washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board is outside.

The First Floor

A curved travertine staircase again with low level lighting leads to the first floor which has three impressive bedrooms each with en-suite bath/shower rooms and private balconies, all overlooking Kalamar Bay. The main bedroom has a very large curved balcony with stunning panoramic views. There are also two further large bedrooms with private balconies and en suite bathrooms.
This villa is a hightech home. To enable you to keep in touch with your office/business, friends, the internet and the world of entertainment we have installed Encrypted Wireless Broadband plus a printer/scanner. There is A 42 inch HD Plasma Screen TV and a DVD player in the lounge plus a Bose iPod docking station and a cordless telephone. Each bedroom is fitted with a wall-mounted LCD TV with satellite connection and a DVD player.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
